## Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 450g flour
- 400g brown sugar
- 200g chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1tsp baking soda
## Method
1. Melt butter
2. Add to sugar
3. Mix in eggs, salt, baking soda, and vanilla
4. Mix in flour and chocolate chips
5. Divide dough into 12 balls, flattened slightly
6. Place under grill on high for 60-90s
7. Cook for 8 mins at 190C
8. Allow to cool
