# Brownies

Makes 12

## Ingredients

- 400g icing sugar
- 225g butter
- 200g flour
- 200g chocolate 
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

## Method

1. Melt butter and chocolate
2. Add sugar
3. Add eggs
4. Add vanilla, salt, and flour
5. Mix thoroughly
6. Pour onto baking tray
7. Bake at 170C for 25 mins
8. Allow to cool
