# Mushroom Soup Serves 3 ## Ingredients - 500g mushrooms - 600ml chicken stock - 1/3 cup flour - 1 onion - 2 cloves garlic ## Method 1. Heat pot on medium heat, adding olive oil 2. Dice onion and add to pot with a small pinch of salt 3. Meanwhile, wash and slice mushrooms 4. Mince garlic and add to pot, allowing to cook 4. Add mushrooms with a large pinch of salt 5. Increase heat to high and stir until reduced 6. Mix in flour to thicken 7. Add stock 8. Bring to boil while stirring continually 9. Remove from heat and blend 10. Season to taste
